Green & Hagstrom Returns Goods Policy

All return merchandise is subject to a 5% fee if not exchanged for store credit.

Discounted merchandise all sales are final.

Returns made after the week of purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if exchange is not used as a store credit.

All merchandise must be in original box in a new and unused condition with all parts and accessories included. A sales receipt must accompany the return merchandise. Credit card purchases will be issued a credit at the time of return. Cash or checks will be issued by check written to the customer by our accountant and mailed to the customer.

Warranty Returns.

1. Customer may make a return of warranty merchandise by returning cleaned merchandise with original receipt.
2. Warranties are good from the date of the original purchase date.
3. Sales person should check merchandise for complete parts and accessories
4. Cal Egglights have a 90 day warranty. There is no warranty on underwater bulbs.
5. Savio warranty is for broken part only and not the complete unit. Savio warranty for UVC bulb is 90 days.
6. Aquaultra Violet warranty is retrograde from the time of purchase.
7. Easy Pro must be tested to verify and credit issued
8. Pondmaster impellers are a one year warranty.
9. All warranty work is subject to the manufacturer’s discretion.
